Team Alligator gets some Snappy support

Team Alligator gets some Snappy support

Alligator Storage will always help a good cause: so much so 3 members of their Head Office staff will tackle the mighty MoonWalk in Edinburgh on Saturday the 19th of June 2010. "Team Alligator" is made-up of Susan (Financial Controller), Lynn Williamson (Accounts Assistant) & Claire Runciman (Marketing Manager)
Despite the event being a "walk" it is no mean feat: 26.3 miles at night time & wearing a decorated bra to show their support. Its also not just women who take part - a % of all diagnosed breast cancer cases are in men, so even they pull on a decorated bra!
This extremely worthwhile event has been running for several years now and has raised millions of pounds to help towards research and making anyone diagnosed with this terrible disease lives a little easier. The good thing about this particular event is that the funds raised go to several different breast cancer charities specialising in slightly different aspects of, care provision, facility provision & research towards better treatment, and ultimately a cure.
"Team Alligator" has been training hard (....some more than others!), as well as decorating their bras. The final design won't be revealed until after the event in the many photos to be posted on various platforms around the web; much to Susan's horror! The staff throughout the branches have been putting their ideas forward for the bra decorations - some weird & wonderful suggestions have been made: an alligator snout on each, ah-hem, side(?), straw, pink sparkles, NOTTINGHAM written accross the front & back......)
There are blisters on feet and sewing related injuries to prove their hard work. They have also developed an official "hate" for sequins and are now on the hunt for green legwarmers (not the easiest things to track down in the middle of summer!)
A special mention to Anne-Marie at CH6 who has given Snappy some pink attire to help towards showing his support - many thanks!
