Acquisition of third site in Birmingham

Since the acquisition of the storage centre in Garretts Green Birmingham from Storage King, Alligator is now the largest self storage operator in the Birmingham area.  With 2 existing sites in the city, in operation since 2008, Alligator now has the lion’s share of the self storage square footage in Birmingham.

Speaking about the third site in Birmingham, Chief Executive Alister Jack highlighted the following points,
“Garretts Green not only offers storage, ideal for online businesses, it also offers Office Space to rent with flexible terms – Ideal for smaller businesses unable to commit to long-term leases”
