Alligator Storage Luton - Meet the Team

As we have not heard much about the branches and the wonderful people who keep things running like clockwork on a day to day basis, it’s about time we did.  So, this little insight comes from our storage centre in Luton.



Alligator Luton’s [crazy] branch manager Alison joined the company in February 2011.  She moved from High Wycombe to Dunstable nearly four years ago to be with her partner: they are currently planning their wedding which is next year!  Alison comes from a car sales background which she was in for over six years, building up a reputation for being one of the few honest car sales people around!  Alison is Alligator’s resident poet and regularly posts little poems on our company Facebook page which makes us all smile.  Out with work Alison enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and is also a big football fan; proudly admitting she supports Liverpool Football Club.



Martina is our larger than life assistant manager with her hair as bright as her personality!
Martina has been part of the Luton branch for over three years now and prides herself on knowing most of her customers by first name terms: ‘matey boy’ and ‘washisname’ are prime examples.  Outside of work Martina likes to keep fit with various work-out videos and can occasionally be found giving an impromptu session in the branch for anyone who wishes to join in.  As well as keeping fit, Martina also knows how to have fun and is partial to the odd night out, strutting her funky stuff on the dance floor.

Sam has recently joined the Luton branch as a part time sales assistant, during the summer holidays.  She is currently studying English Literature at the University of Edinburgh, and returns there in the middle of this month.  Sam also loves to keep fit and active by walking EVERYWHERE, including a staggering four mile walk to and from work whenever she’s in. In the short time she’s been working at the Alligator Luton branch, she has walked the equivalent of the London Marathon 4.6 times – impressive!

The Luton team has done a fantastic job bringing new business through the doors, as well as making sure all the current customers are as happy as can be: keep up the good work folks.
